E3 Storage Charlotte provides premium indoor vehicle storage and member amenities for collector cars, motorcycles, specialty vehicles, and enthusiast automobiles.
Operating at this Charlotte location since 2021 and under current E3 ownership since November 2025, the facility continues the vehicle-storage business formerly known as M-Power. Today, E3 Storage Charlotte combines secure storage with a welcoming community for people who care deeply about their vehicles.

Suite G is the customer entrance and lobby for our facility, which occupies Suites D, E, F, and G.
Our location is convenient to Uptown Charlotte, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Billy Graham Parkway, Wilkinson Boulevard, I-77, and I-85.
To protect our members’ privacy and minimize unnecessary activity around the stored vehicles, facility tours and prospective-member visits are available during staffed hours or by appointment. Please contact us before visiting so we can ensure that a team member is available to assist you.

About the Owner
I’m a lifelong car enthusiast who grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Charlotte after moving here in the 1990s. My passion began early: I bought my first car, a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle, at age 13 and spent two years restoring it before I was old enough to get my driver’s license.
While I appreciate enthusiast vehicles of every kind, I’m particularly passionate about German air-cooled cars, automobiles from the Radwood era, and motorsport. After more than 20 years of involvement in Charlotte’s automotive community, I understand the value of having a secure place where enthusiasts can store, maintain, and enjoy their vehicles.
In 2025, E3 Storage NC, LLC acquired the operating vehicle-storage business formerly known as M-Power, including its operating assets, and continued the established operation at this location as E3 Storage Charlotte. The facility is now part of the E3 Storage family while continuing its longstanding role in Charlotte’s collector-car community.
My goal is to build on that foundation by offering members a secure, well-equipped environment where they can store, work on, and celebrate their vehicles together.
